To maintain the high standards of excellence created in the master plan, there are recorded covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs.) These CC&Rs ensure a flexible and reasonable procedure for the overall development of the neighborhoods and establish a method for the administration, maintenance, preservation, use, and enjoyment of the community. Each homeowner buys his property subject to the communities’ CC&Rs.
