Rio Vista Homes LLC,is a highly experienced and qualified residential construction company.  Made up of two entities, RLR Homes and Sundance Homes.  RLR homes operated with over 32 years of home building experience, and Sundance Homes was formed in 1998.

Our management style is a "Hands On" technique where we both work with the subcontractors on the job site to assure the quality that our customers have come to expect.  This has been a critical reason for our history of success in home building.  We draw upon the combined experiences of the finest local architects and craftsmen to build a quality home.  We use materials which have stood the test of time, traditional quality building materials such as hardwood and tile floors, oak railings, cherry and maple cabinets, tile and granite countertops.  We take great care to concentrate on the details, not only including all the finish work you see, but also the work underneath that you don't see.
