An Extraordinary Desert Oasis Community
Founded in 1983, the Pahlisch Family of Companies has grown to specialize in the creation, development and construction of new residential communities. Led by Dennis Pahlisch, a home builder for thirty years, and a land developer for the last twelve, the Pahlisch team produces the unique combination of exceptional quality at an affordable price. From our Custom Residences to our Single Family Homes, Townhomes and Courtyard Homes, the team at Pahlisch works hard through every step of the process to make certain that our homeowners are satisfied, happy and proud of their home and community. At Pahlisch, the focus of two simple principles guides every decision: a commitment to excellence and value in each home and neighborhood, and to provide an exceptional customer experience. With these guiding principles, the team at Pahlisch Homes is dedicated to pursuing the creation of homes and communities that will add lasting value and aesthetic quality to every home for years to come.
Pahlisch Homes is one of the most recognized builders in Central Oregon receiving more Quality and Value awards from the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) than any other builder over the last 6 years.
